Course Description
Program Overview
The doctorate in religious education is designed to provide advanced knowledge and research skills for Islamic sciences and to formulate the human structure in light of them.
The program trains students to know the horizon and basics of the sources of religious sciences from their original sources, and to face the challenges and formalities that hinder understanding and self-formation and structuralism through scientific analysis, policy evaluation, modern techniques related to religion and understanding of texts.

1. Develop expertise in religious theories and approaches.
2. Provide students with the analytical skills necessary to interpret legal texts.
3. Enhancing research capabilities in Islamic sciences and other existing religions, sects and sects.
4. Integrating religious and doctrinal sciences with other sciences of education, social and others.

Program Structure:
The doctoral program usually spans three years in a row, and includes:
1. Basic courses: covering theories, rules and legal principles, the science of the Sunnah, the purposes of the texts of religions, methods of scientific research, and mechanisms for application and integration with reality.
2. • Elective courses: specialized topics such as educational theories, introductions to psychology and health counseling, and issues of coexistence and tolerance.
Research Areas: An independent and important research project under the supervision of faculty members.
Research Areas:
The department supports research in a variety of areas, including but not limited to:
1. Interpretation of the Holy Qur'an and its sciences.
2. Structural comparisons between Islam and other religions,
3. Comparative educational analysis with the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet.
4. Analysis of legal materials and contemporary systems in accordance with intentional and fundamental rules.
5. The sciences of the Sunnah and how to deal with them, and the analysis of contemporary issues and their jurisprudence.
Learning Outcomes: The graduate of the PhD program will be able to:
1. Demonstrate an advanced understanding of Islamic and religious concepts.
2. Applying the techniques of religious knowledge systems with their different schools of thought in Sharia research.
3. Conduct independent research and present results effectively.
4. Analysis of contemporary issues from their various dimensions and the jurisprudence of the rules of the purposes of Sharia.
5. The audacity of interpreting texts and dealing with different customs and customs.
6. Achieving social and intellectual coexistence among adherents of different sects and religions..
